 I catch up with Nancy Valen, fans remember her well as Samantha Thomas on Baywatch. Saved by the Bell fans know her as "Nurse Jennifer", probably the most memorable guest star(sorry Becky the Duck)on the show, She talks about that role and who the original choice was. Nancy starred alongside Jason Gedrick in one of the most underrated 80's films, The Heavenly Kid. Nancy starred in the TV musical drama, Hull High, and gives her thoughts on why it unfortunately failed. She fills us in on what she's been up to.

Christine Elise McCarthy (Beverly Hills, 90210, Child's Play 2)

I catch up with Christine Elise McCarthy, probably best known as Emily Valentine on Beverly Hills, 90210. Horror fans know her as Kyle from Child's Play 2. Christine talks about both of these franchises being rebooted/remade. Christine is also an accomplished author, having penned the novel, Bathing and the Single Girl.

I catch up with legendary songwriter Jim Vallance, who co-wrote some of Bryan Adams biggest hits, "Summer of '69", "Heaven" and "Cuts Like a Knife". Jim shares stories behind some of Bryan's biggest songs, how he met Bryan and how he got into the business. Jim also collaborated with Aerosmith, Heart, and Glass Tiger on some of their biggest hits.

Glenn Shorrock (Former lead singer of Little River Band)

I catch up with Glenn Shorrock, the former lead singer of the Little River Band, who recently released "Glenn Shorrock sings Little River Band". The album reimagines some of LRB's most memorable songs, "Reminiscing", "Cool Change", and "Lonesome Loser". Glenn also discusses the ongoing drama between himself and the current version of the band and why he doesn't perform in the states.

Rob Garrison (Tommy from The Karate Kid)

We continue our celebration of the 35th anniversary of The Karate Kid with Rob Garrison, who played Cobra Kai member, Tommy. Rob is best known for his line, "get em a body bag", we discuss how the line came about and discuss his other memorable line in the movie. Rob talks about his experience filming the movie and gives his thoughts on the Cobra Kai TV show.

Sensei Ron Thomas (Bobby Brown from The Karate Kid)

The Karate Kid is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. I wanted to talk with as many actors from the movie as possible. We start our series with Sensei Ron Thomas, who played Bobby Brown. Ron talks about his real life Cobra Kai experience, which got him involved in the martial arts. He talks about his time filming the movie and what he thinks Bobby is doing now. Ron is now a published author, motivational speaker and empowering life and mindset coach.
