Noel catches up with Tim Palmer. He has produced and mixed albums for a huge selection of classic and alternative artists, from Robert Plant, David Bowie and Tears For Fears to Ozzy Osbourne, The Goo Goo Dolls and U2. Tim mixed Ten for Pearl Jam, which is now in the top 50 best-selling albums of all time and the album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2021. Tim was nominated for a Grammy for his mixing work on U2’s All That You Can’t Leave Behind. The album went on to win a Grammy for ‘Best Rock Album’. Tim also mixed the Grammy winning songs ’Stuck in a Moment’ and ‘Elevation’ from this album.

Peter talks about why he didn't return to the role and his experiences on set. He also had guest-starring roles on Cheers and Murphy Brown. Peter returned to his native Canada and is one of the country's best-known actors with roles in The Newsroom, 18 to Life and Murdoch Mysteries.

Jenette also had memorable roles in other James Cameron movies including Terminator 2 and Titanic. Jenette talks about fooling around on the set of Star Trek: Generations and how she got in shape for the role of Vasquez in Aliens. Jenette founded Jenette Bras, which now has multiple stores in Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Noel catches up with Debora Iyall, who was the lead singer of Romeo Void. The band released three studio albums, featuring the songs "Never Say Never" and "A Girl in Trouble (Is a Temporary Thing)." The band is out with a new live album, Live From Mabuhay Gardens: November 14, 1980. Following the breakup of the band and the release of her solo album, Debora became an art teacher. She recently formed The Raton 3 with her husband.

The drummer has been a member of Mr. Mister, King Crimson, Stick Men, and O.R.k., as well as working as a session drummer with XTC, The Pointer Sisters and The Rembrandts, among others. Pat was with Mr Mister in its entirety. He discusses how he got involved with the band, the religious overtones of some their hits and the reasons why their long-awaited fourth album, Pull, was shelved for decades.

Noel catches up with Ken Michelman. The former college basketball player turned actor played Abner Goldstein on The White Shadow. The show ran for three seasons and inspired many to this day. Michelman talks the ups and downs of playing Goldstein and the topic that still affects to this day. Find out the future comedian/actor who was Ken's teammate at the University of Denver. Michelman coached AAU basketball in Los Angeles, been a standup comedian and now lives in Sweden. The New York native also had roles on M.A.S.H., The Bradys, The West Wing and Police Squad. "The King of Freestyle" had seven top-40 hits, including the number one hit, "Because I Love You" (The Postman Song), the song spent four weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 during December 1990/January 1991. In August 2018, Billboard ranked the song the 71st-biggest hit in the history of the Hot 100. Stevie's latest single, "Take It All Back", is right up there with his other amazing songs like "Spring Love," "In My Eyes," "Dreamin' of Love," and more. Stevie recently entered the podcast world with his "Freestylin With Stevie B" podcast.

Noel catches up with Luke Esterkyn and Greg Gueldner of Stroke 9. The California-based band formed out of a high-school class project. Their biggest hit was 1999's "Little Black Backpack" from Nasty Little Thoughts. The album was produced by Talking Heads' keyboardist Jerry Harrison and Rupert Hines. Their follow-up album, Rip it Off, featured the song "Kick Some Ass" which was used in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
